Victoria's pharmacy premises are regulated by the Victorian Pharmacy Authority (VPA), which issues its own guidelines for premises design, approval, and inspection - distinct from other states in several respects. Any pharmacy fitout or significant alteration in Victoria requires VPA-approved floor plans before work begins, and updated plans must be submitted whenever a consulting room, dispensary change, or new professional services area is added. Our documentation is prepared to meet VPA floor plan submission requirements. Most of the design work is completed from our office - we work from site plans and documentation provided, or arrange a site visit where needed.
