Queensland's Community Pharmacy Scope of Practice Pilot has allowed eligible pharmacists to assess and manage a defined list of conditions without a GP referral - one of the most significant expansions of pharmacy scope in Australia. This has accelerated demand for purpose-built consultation rooms in Queensland pharmacies that meet Queensland Health's requirements for clinical privacy, equipment, and access.
