Design Yard 32 works with pharmacy owners across Australia, including pharmacies in Swansea and Tasmania's east coast. We specialise in pharmacy fitout design and documentation - from the initial concept and 3D visualisation through to builder's documentation and tender drawings.
Pharmacies in Swansea
Swansea is a picturesque coastal town on Great Oyster Bay in the Glamorgan Spring Bay Council area, situated approximately 140 kilometres north-east of Hobart on the Tasman Highway. The town is well positioned as the gateway to the Freycinet Peninsula and Wineglass Bay - one of Australia's most photographed beaches - and sees strong tourist traffic throughout summer and the shoulder seasons. Swansea's economy is centred on tourism, accommodation, and the famous Spring Vale oyster and wine industries. The town provides retail and health services to the surrounding east coast communities including Triabunna (45km south), Orford, and the farming and fishing settlements of the Glamorgan region. More complex health services are accessed from Hobart.
Tasmanian pharmacies come in every configuration, and we design for all of them - dispensaries, retail layouts, compounding facilities, sterile compounding, medicinal cannabis pharmacies, methadone clinics, and consulting rooms - with documentation prepared for approvals and builder pricing. Full details and areas of expertise are on our Pharmacy Design page.
