Residential design begins with your ideas on how to improve your living spaces

Concept Design:

Your home project will start to take shape during this stage. One of the most important parts that we’ll work together on is to create a brief based on your vision and work out the best solution that fits both your budget and your block of land.

You’ll also get to see your vision come alive in 3D walk-throughs and visualisations. Exciting!

Planning Permit Submission:

Most of our projects will require a planning permit and our design team will draft a town planning submission, along with a planning report for your project and help you address council questions. Should other reports be required (e.g. land surveyor, bushfire assessor, arborist, etc…) we’ll help you along the way!

Tender Drawings for Builders:

Sooner or later you’ll want to build what you dream of, and this is where our detail drawings and inclusions package will come in handy, as it’s ready to submit to builders to get their quotes! If needed, we will work with structural and geotechnical engineers, energy raters and HVAC contractors. We’ll also continue working with you on selection of materials and finishes.

Building Permit & Construction Drawings:

Once all of the above falls into place, you are almost ready to begin your dream project. There is one more step that you may need to take though and that’s organising a building permit. We will prepare all the required documentation and submit it to a building surveyor for you! Now you can relax and watch how a 3D model becomes reality.
